Last of the Timber

There was a little bit of plank timber left over so we decided that it could be used to add steps for that last bit of damaged ground up the slope to Newdegate Pass. Our contractor, John Hughes, and a helper did this on 28 March. Originally FOMF were going to help and to do some wiring, but volunteer activity in the park had been suspend due to the coronavirus and by the time the date arrived it was even closed to all visitors.
They also repaired some old boardwalk that had collapsed at Newdegate Pass on their way out.
