20 April 2019
Usually we don’t see a lot of people whilst working, but today was very different. It was Fagus time and the day gorgeous and we were working on the tracks at Lake Dobson. With one exception, people were very friendly and usually appreciative of the FOMF efforts on the track.

There were people of all ages, including lots of kids. None of us had ever seen the carpark at Dobson so crowded, with two rows right up the middle
The remainder of the Urquhart was trimmed and then from the junction of that track through to the end of the Pandani Grove. We also had time to trim the vegetation over the boardwalk on the lake shore. This leaves the short section from the carpark to the start of the Urquhart to do.
