It was
assumed that the track to Platypus Tarn would not need much work to clear the vegetation, but once onsite it was soon discovered that there was more than
expected. Almost two thirds of the track
was cleared, leaving quite a bit to do on another occasion.
The day was
ideal for working and although parts of the sky had thick darkened cloud, it
was generally sunny in the area about us.
